Here is the latest update on my Free Diet. If you want to Lose 50 Pounds this is the diet for you. I have been on this diet since the end of March and have lost 50 pounds. I was losing 10 pounds per month but have reached a plateau. On The Atkins Diet and other diets I reached this plateau at about 20 pounds. Just don’t eat breakfast and chew each bite 32 times, it is as simple as that. Do not eat after the evening meal. If you do snack make sure you chew it real well. By the way with my lifestyle I eat a lot of fast foods and I still managed to lose 50 pounds.

We have a highly designed and perfect digestive system. It was designed and created by our creator to work perfectly. However, from what we shovel in it, it gets all out of tune with nature. Ask your self these questions. Does the stomach have teeth? Does the large and small intestines have teeth? What about the colon? The answer to all of these is NO. Only the mouth has teeth and they are there for a purpose, to tear and grind what we put into our mouths. "DIGESTION BEGINS IN THE MOUTH." You have heard it in your health and science books. We tear and chew our food and then the glands in the mouth secretes enzymes to begin the digestion process. What has happened though? We tear our food and we immediately swallow it allowing the other parts of our body to do the rest of the work. When we pass it off to the stomach it is neither refined or mixed with the enzymes that nature has so graciously provided us with. These enzymes turn starches into the good sugar. We have all types of digestive sicknesses and disease. The stomach medicine counters at the drugstores really love to see us coming for some type of digestive aid.
"THE THINGS WE HAVE CONTROL OVER." We can pick and choose what we want to eat. We can eat as much as we want to eat. We insert the food into our mouths and we can taste and enjoy the food for all it is worth, or we can wolf it down consuming as much quantity as we want.
"YOU ARE IN CONTROL." Once we send send it off to the esophagus it is in the hands of our perfectly designed bodies. Now we are not in control of the rest. The brain and digestive system does the rest of the work. Did we give them a fair advantage? Now the brain has to compensate for the mistakes we made. Did we overeat? Did we chew our food good enough? Did we poison ourselves with additives or a lot of sugar? Choose good healthy food, as natural as possible. Chew it until it liquefies in your mouth from the enzymes nature has provided. Don't overeat. You will live longer if you consume less. After we do the things we have control of, then nature can do its part more perfectly.

BREAKFAST DIET
I know what you are going to say. The experts say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. They say that children that eat breakfast are smarter in school. Well according to Edward Hooker Dewey, and Horace Fletcher, and a lot of the other 19th century diet masters, we shouldn’t eat breakfast. Once we awake in the morning, the body is totally rested from the night before. We shouldn’t require anything to eat until we get hungry, and the hunger that we have is not hunger at all but just a habitual appetite. The growling that we experience is just our digestive system emptying everything out of the stomach.
I have yo yo’d on diets all of my life. The most weight loss that I have ever experienced was when I did not eat breakfast. I ate a lot of fast food and have tried two biscuits, and one biscuit, sometimes oatmeal, or cereal and nothing seemed to work. I never lost any weight. Then I began to chew my food thoroughly and starting my day with eating breakfast at lunchtime. A couple of cups of coffee usually tide me over until lunch.

A TRUE EARNED APPETITE
When we get up in the morning the first thing that we do is eat breakfast. Experts say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. The old master's of diet, Horace Fletcher and Edward Hooker Dewey contemplate not to eat breakfast. They claim that when you first wake up in the morning that the body is not hungry because it has rested all night and is refreshed and is not in need of anything until about lunch time. They say you must work a while and eat when you get hungry when your energy has worn down. This is what they call a true earned hunger. You know they are really right. We get up, we eat, we work, we eat lunch, we work a little more, we eat supper, and just think, did we eat a snack at the morning and evening break? Did we eat before we went to bed? I worked with a friend for about three years. We discussed how we sleep at night. I learned that he gets up every night and has a snack in the middle of the night. I told him if I did that I couldn't go back to sleep. He smokes too after he eats. By the way he has just had bypass heart surgery at the young age of 42. I know by all of our schedules, it is hard to just eat when you get hungry. Try just eating two meals per day, eat what you want, and masticate your food for all that it is worth.
